Issue Position

I support the rights of all adults to choose what they can do with their own body, including use of drugs and rights to die.

I support transforming our Drug Enforcement Administration to a Drug Education Administration that focuses on harm reduction rather than criminalization.

Regarding abortion, the government can't make it right. Such heart wrenching decisions should be made between a woman and her doctor.

I oppose federal government mandates regarding medical matters including insurance.

I support laws that prevent insurance companies from dropping sick patients and preserve transferability of policies when changing jobs. I oppose discriminatory high pricing of individual policies.

I support laws facilitating an increase in supply of medical services and medicines to reduce skyrocketing medical costs.

This includes support for legalizing alternative medicines and encouraging natural products which are frequently outlawed to give monopoly power to drug and health providers.

I support policies that favor preventative medicine.
